However, a good, local Denver real estate site, complete with a blog, can be an invaluable resource to homebuyers and sellers alike.

A local agent’s site provides information in the hopes that someone browsing the Internet will select them to buy or purchase a house. Most agents spend a great deal of time interpreting local data, writing about neighborhoods, and garnering helpful real estate tips to showcase their local knowledge. National sites are simply an advertising platform selling potential leads to real estate professionals. Additionally, individual local sites rarely include advertising.
